+ What is mobile grooming?
Mobile grooming is professional grooming self-contained in a custom van that arrives at your door to take care of your pet’s grooming needs. Mobile pet grooming is preferred by most of today’s busy pet owners. The convenience for you and the exclusive attention for your pet make it desirable to use a mobile dog grooming service.
The mobile grooming salon is equipped with a generator that furnishes electricity to the air conditioner, dryer, table, lights and more!
A hot water heater ensures the perfect bath temperature for your pet!
+ Is mobile grooming more expensive than the salon?
Mobile grooming may be slightly more expensive than your standard grooming shop. For that extra you get the convenience of having us come to you. You don't need to make two trips to a grooming shop and wait around for hours waiting for your pet to be done. You receive personal service at your doorstep.
Your pet will also have a better experience. Your pet will benefit from this less stressful environment. There are no other animals present, no other barking dogs, and no cages. They are given undivided attention and care.
+ How often should I get my pet groomed?
On the average, dogs should be groomed every four to six weeks, cats every 6 to 8 weeks.
Of course, it depends on your pet's breed, coat and how often your dog/cat is outside. This also depends on the owner's ability to do daily brush outs.
+ How long does the grooming take?
Typically anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour. Times may vary based on size of pet, coat condition and hair length.
+ Can you come somewhere other than my home to groom my pet?
Yes, as long as we have a legal parking space.
Mobile grooming can be done at your home, your office or anywhere there is a legal place for us to park.
+ Do you accept pets of all weights?
Yup! We are happy to welcomeour Great Pyrenees, Great Dane, and Saint Benard furiends to the Mobile Grooming Van!
+ Can I be there while my pet is being groomed?
No, we can not allow owners to be in the van during a grooming. Pets can become very excited while their owner is present making it more difficult for the groomer. It is important that we have your pet's attention on us and that our groomers full attention is on your pet.
+ Do you need to use my electricity or hose?
No, our van is a completely self-contained unit. Our van is fully equipped with a generator for electricity. The unit is always climate controlled. We have a 50 gallon fresh water tank. On rare occasions, we may have to ask to borrow your garden hose to refill the fresh water tank, but it is not required for us to perform grooming services.
+ Do you groom older & special needs pets?
Yes, if you have a pet that is elderly, disabled, or has temperament issues then EarthWise Pet Mobile Grooming may be your answer.
Grooming is done in a quiet, stress free enviroment not far from the comfort of your pet's home.
Your pets health is most important to us! If for some reason grooming services pose a risk to your pet we will not proceed.
Let us know prior to scheduling any special needs or circumstance and we will do our best to accommodate.
+ Do I need to be home during the appointment?
We ask that you are home during the duration of your first grooming appointment.
It gives you the opportunity to meet the groomer and your pet the opportunity to get to know our groomer.
After the first appointment if you need to leave or can not be present we will be happy to help accomodate your needs.
+ How do I schedule an appointment?

+ Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a $20 deposit for bookings over the phone or a card on file for booking online in the case of a no-show.
+ What areas do you service?
We are currently servicing the Everett, Stanwood, Arlington, Lake Stevens, Marysville, and Snohomish areas. We are accepting new furiends so you can book us if you're in those areas!
+ Why mobile pet grooming?
Mobile grooming is a door to door service.
It is convenient. You have no prep time & no hassle getting your pet ready for a day at the groomer’s.
With curbside service at your home or office, there is no need to put your pet in the car and drive in unpredictable traffic to the salon.
No need to rearrange your busy schedule for drop off and pick up of your pet.
It is a clean and sanitary environment. We clean the mobile grooming spa thoroughly between pets and between visits. You no longer have to worry about sharing cages, germs or parasites.
It provides a stress free environment for your pet. Our mobile grooming salon is free from other pets. Grooming services are performed right outside your home in a cage free setting. Your pet receives individual attention for the whole visit.
+ Can I see the inside of the van?
Absolutely! We understand as a caring pet owner you would want to see where your pet is being groomed. We welcome you to look inside of the grooming van before your appointment begins.
+ What types of payments do you accept?
We all major credit cards.
+ What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that all cancellations have at least a 24 hour notice. If you are not home at your scheduled appointment time there will be a $30 no call, no show fee per pet which will need to paid prior to rescheduling.
We understand emergencies happen, and will understandingly waive a one time missed appointment due to unavoidable circumstances.
+ How accurate are appointment times?
We try to keep as close to scheduled appointment time as possible.
However we ask that you understand arrival time will be in a 1-2 hour time span. An appointment time is truly an ‘estimated time of arrival’.
As a mobile service, our schedule is subject to interruptions and delays, such as, but not limited to: Refueling, traffic, driving distance from previous appointment and running over on a previous appointment.
We will never rush an appointment, and in some cases we may finish earlier than planned and in others need to spend extra time
We will always keep you updated on any delays and when we will be arriving.
